Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every order within the United States. There is no minimum.

We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we cannot ship to freight-forwarding addresses.

Orders are passed to our supplier the same or the next business day. Most items arrive within 3–7 business days; the product page tells you if a particular item takes longer. You will get an email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Items in the same order may arrive separately, in more than one parcel, because they ship from different warehouses. That is normal and you are not charged more for it.

If your tracking has not moved for several days, or a parcel is marked delivered and you do not have it, email support@steadymove.co and we will chase it.
